1、最簡(jiǎn)單的方法：使用RasDialming令

RasDial是Windows自帶的ming令，使用非常簡(jiǎn)單。實(shí)際使用是可將下面代碼保存為一個(gè)批處理文件，然后直接運(yùn)行或在程序里進(jìn)行調(diào)用。
