1、首先下載最新版adb.exe工具包

　　2、解壓后把找到adb.exe、AdbWinApi.dll、AdbWinUsbApi.dll這三個文件

　　3、把那三個文件復(fù)制到C:Windowssystem里

　　如果您已經(jīng)按照上訴方法進行操作后還是無法正確啟動，可以參照下面幾個方法進行操作

　　1.報錯：

　　BUILD FAILED

　　D:workspaceganjibuild.xml:144: The following error occurred while executing this line:

　　D:workspaceganjibuild.xml:271: Unable to delete file D:workspaceganjitmpPRoguardtmp.jar

　　解決：

　　已經(jīng)開了一個模擬器了，無法重新編譯，必須關(guān)閉一個。用于ant

　　2.報錯：

　　The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.

　　解決：

　　cmd跳到sdk tools文件路徑下

　　adb kill-server

　　然后再adb start-server

　　3.報錯：

　　The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.

　　[2010-03-11 09:36:56 - HelloOPone] You must restart adb and EclipSe.

　　[2010-03-11 09:36:56 - HelloOPone] Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'D:OPhoneSDK_1.5

　　platform-toolsadb.exe' and can be executed.

　　解決：

　　方法1.cmd中adb kill-server，然后adb -startserver

　　方法2.方法1不管用，那么在任務(wù)管理器中殺死adb.exe，然后重啟eclipse。

　　方法3.方法1和2都不管用，那么查看最后一句報錯中：platform-tools中是否有adb.exe(我的錯誤就是在相關(guān)路徑下面沒有platform-tools文件夾

　　，所以我選擇新建一個文件夾，并且把tools中的文件全部復(fù)制到platform-tools中)
