在應用程序日志里有2個，一個紅錯誤的是：
Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created. Error: 0x80070005 拒絕訪問。

我是菜鳥，不知道我的回答是否多余！？
如果裝過IIS，默認應該是打開的，除非改過服務。
去控制面板-〉性能和維護-〉管理工具-〉Internet信息服務
就可以看到了，還可以設置虛擬目錄
解決辦法:在該web sites的virtual directory下,將Permissions設置一下,里面應包含
ASP.NET
IWAM_MachineName
Local_Service
Network_Service
System
而且權限要設置為write & read.
