以上代碼基本就是一個完整的讀取一個gif圖片，對其進(jìn)行解碼，然后再編碼成gif圖片的完整過程了..
有了這個就可以在網(wǎng)上隨意抓取gif圖片然后進(jìn)行修改。甚至直接用php就可以自己制作一些gif圖片.GIFEncoder類源碼：
