從Windows Vista開始，Windows中的TCP半開連接數限制就被禁用了，這樣一來，系統想建立多少TCP連接就可以建立多少TCP連接。那么，出于安全考慮，用戶如果想要啟用TCP半開連接數限制的話，就需要手動添加注冊表鍵值了，步驟如下，適用于Windows Vista/Server 2008/Windows 7。

   1. 開始菜單 - 運行
   2. 輸入regedit
   3. 找到并雙擊如下鍵值：

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/
      Tcpip/Parameters/EnableConnectionRateLimiting

      注意: 在Windows 7下, 用戶必須右鍵 - 新建DWORD (32-bit) 值，并命名為EnableConnectionRateLimiting.
   4. 將其值設為1
   5. 重啟系統
