LCT+縮邊雙+并查集

 顯然如果進入一個邊雙聯通分量,那一定能取遍所有點再出來.于是只要維護邊雙即可.對于加邊,需要縮點,用LCT即可,判斷是不是在一個邊雙里用個并查集就行.

 此題時限比較緊.注意到在縮點之后,LCT上的操基本只有access需要查詢真實父親(因為縮點之后的點單獨屬于一個分量),其他操作并不需要查并查集.把這個優化掉就能過了...?
