方法有多種，常見的有：

1、找出ip做端口限速（這樣做比較麻煩）

2、用NBAR（非常好用）
但是重新啟動需要重新調用 tFTP://130.130.122.123/bittorrent.pdlm 這個文件，所以還是用Flash卡比較好。假如不調用文件，那就會發生沒有match PRotocol bittorrent
